A Brief History 

We started in the gas business in the 1970's. The business started as a compliment to our welding and fabrication machine shop (Arenel Tool & Engineering Corp, which is no longer in operation,) In the early 1990's, so much of our manufacturing left the area.  Economics forced us to close the Machine shop and welding and fabrication shop. 

During this period,  helium users seemed to be an ignored area of sales prospects by the welding supply industry on a whole. We decided to aggressively pursue building our business by calling primarily  on customers that use Helium. We closed our retail welding supply store and shifted to wholesale helium sales and distribution as our main business.

We are a full line  cylinder gas dealer. Helium Inc. specializes in the wholesale sales and distribution of helium and  related accessories as our primary business function, unlike many welding supply companies who focus primarily on industrial and medical gas sales. Our Welding Supplies, Gases & More store handles the full array of gases.

In 2016, We opened a new welding supply store!

The store is located in New Freedom Pa.  We are here supply to serve our surrounding area. We carry a full range of welding supplies, and gases! We offer goods from many different suppliers.

From our first day in business, we have believed in giving our customers quality products, reasonable prices, and the best service we are able!  In our current economy, where every day we see rising costs, in so many of the things we use and the products we buy.
